I went in at 7am for an oil change, they drained my Jeep and did not realize they did not have the oil in stock. I waited 3 hours for my car. unpleasant I arrived for my 10:45 am appt. @ 10:35. Checked in for my appt.: recall - which didn't actually need service it was more of an alert of what "could I arrived for my 10:45 am appt. @ 10:35. At 1:30 my Jeep had NOT even been taken back for service!! When I asked they told me there was only 1 more ahead of me. Also that Mondays and Fridays are their busy days and service techs also need to take a lunch..... I suggested that if this is an ongoing problem on Mondays and Fridays than the scheduling template should be adjusted to avoid unhappy customers every week!!!
