During this pandemic I needed an oil change. It was 39 degrees outside and a little windy. While I waited for my ride I walked around outside for at least 40 mins. I stepped inside service area by the wall of the cashier to warm up a minute. Very quickly I was told the “CDC” requirements would not allow for me to be inside and to wait outside. If the company had this requirement I would understand an but the “CDC? It’s a lie. There is not a sign on the door saying waiting inside is not allowed. Also when my car was finished the technician did not reset oil life sensor gauge, I had to wait for Devon to come outside and correct it. I am a tall person but the person who pulled my car outside was not, I had to stand outside and move my seat just to get into my car. More
