I had an oil change on a 5. 7L engine. The tech put 6 quarts of oil in. I was not given an invoice on the work done so I did not notice the amount of oil. The problem was my e 7L engine. The tech put 6 quarts of oil in. I was not given an invoice on the work done so I did not notice the amount of oil. The problem was my engine made lots of noise and my oil pressure was a little lower. I checked the dip stick and realized it was a quart low. The 5.7L takes 7 quarts not 6. It seems like some training would be a good idea. Also the cost for the oil change is based on 7 quarts. I have received no compensation for this issue after speaking with the sales manager. Very disappointed. More
