From the time we arrived at the dealership on Jan 5, 2013, we were greeted and treated like family during the whole buying process. Mike introduced us to Troy in the Service Dept, and Troy took the time to discuss our new truck and service intervals. While we were waiting to complete the paperwork, the Service Department installed a set of Factory running boards on our new truck and it was ready and detailed in no time. Terry was very helpful through the paperwork drill and discussing the various warranty items. But the people at Thompson Chrysler Dodge and Jeep are upfront and ready to work with and get you what you want. Larry, for his honesty and friendliness is a very good person to work with and has a team of people around him that work together to get the customer what they want at the a reasonable price. This is a business and the most important part of it is making sure the customer doesn't feel like they are getting ripped of. As I said before, I was i the service for 7+ years and I have taken Soldiers over my time to find cars for themselves and their families, I have not found one dealer yet that knows there product as well as this dealership, and does not work some story. If they don't have the answer the will try and find it. They won't lie to you and as far as I can tell, they are not in it seemingly just to make a sale. I called the service department to schedule an appointment for my 1st oil change. My phone call was answered very quickly and professionally. As proffessionally as he answered, he took care of scheduling my appointment. When I arived to the dealership for my appointment, he greated me at my car before I even put it into part and greated me by name as if we had know each other for years. He made me feel more like an old friend rather than just another customer. The waiting area was very clean and they had coffee and donuts waiting. A short time later approached me indicating that the service was complete. He went over the results of the free inspection they performed with me and discussed what I wold need to have done next visit. When he took me to the cashier he introduced me to har like I was a member of his family. I look forward to returning to Thomson Chrysler's service department again.
