After 9 pm last Thursday night, my husband and I started an on line search for a new or barely used Chrysler 300. Stephanie from Thomson Chrysler Dodge Jeep was in touch on line and by telephone as well...e an on line search for a new or barely used Chrysler 300. She sent us additional info early the next morning and put us together with Daniel for additional help. We did get info from other dealerships but those referred us to their sites and invited us in if we wanted more info. The point of our on line search and telephone call was to save shoe leather. The Thomson folks either got that or they are just customer service oriented or both. When we arrived, Daniel had the three cars that best suited our needs pulled up close and we were able to make our decision in short order since they had helped us with the search info ahead of time. Dennis is the F&I guy. You KNOW what that means! Our time with him was also productive and pleasant. So I say again what I've said to family and friends...when have you ever used the words "positive" or "pleasure" when describing a trip to an auto dealership? Went in on a Saturday to check-out an email advertisements validity. Though the ad listing was in error due to the local paper the sales team made an impression on me. AN increased invrntory would've been great, but I don't believe the excellent deal I got would've been there. My fmaily and I are 110% satisfied with the car and the service we received from Bruce, Hayes, and Kenny! WIsh I would've gone to the dealership three weeks ago and saw the Challenger in person then. Truly an amazing car and meeting these guys inperson really strengths the true sense of southern hospitality. That's something Milten Ruben has no concept of!!!
