Poor service dept. I took my car here to have the battery replaced. The gentleman that checked me in and out was very rude. Another Ford issue I'm forced to absorb. This is normally my goto dealer and service provider. This visit I was informed that I have swollen lug nuts. My service advisor told me that the lug This is normally my goto dealer and service provider. This visit I was informed that I have swollen lug nuts. My service advisor told me that the lug nuts nuts may not be reusable, and if that was true they would need replacing. I was quoted $220. First this is a Ford issue, due to a poor design. If any of the issue is due to misuse or abuse, the only people that have removed and reinstalled the lug nuts are Ford service employees. Direct replacement lug nuts can be purchased for less than $100 and in some cases as low as $40. More
