Oil Change I dropped my truck off for an oil change. I had expected a long wait since it was a Saturday, they were done with it within the 3-4 hours they had tol I dropped my truck off for an oil change. I thought break inspections were part of the oil change package I chose but apparently it wasn't so they did everything but check my breaks. I'm a little annoyed at that since they are doing these for free and even have it posted up in their shop and on their website. More

Lousy Customer Service AND No Apology I spent three days at the dealership for what should have taken one day. Twice they forgot what we had agreed they would do. they double charged me.
