Cole did an excellent job of explaining all of the features that came with the trim package of the vehicles I test drove as well as the differences between each package available. I felt no pressure when I puchased my Ford Fusion. I always think of the sales experience whenever I bring my car in for service. Even though the purhased was afew years ago. I think of him (Jeffery) whenever I come into the dealership for maintenance and oil changes on my vehicle. This review is late but long overdue. If I have question about my car he still helps me. I recently bought a used 2015 F-350 from Zach. The sale went very smooth and was a great experience. After the sale my experience with service was terrible (I gave a separate review for that). I was denied service on a recall technician refused to diagnose transmission recall because my vehicle smelled like smoke. Management told me it was because of his liver transplant..
