I had been working with Tim Parnacott via phone and email for a few months trying to find the exact Super Duty I wanted. After an exhausting search, I couldn't find the truck I wanted. Once the truck delivered to Thoroughbred Ford, I drove to Kansas City to pick it up from California. I arrived a day early which was Tim's day off. Upon notifying him I was in town, he made it a point to come in to complete the deal. From the time I arrived, took a test drive, signed all the paperwork, it had taken about one hour. I have never purchased a vehicle so quickly and effortlessly. Tim Parnacott is an amazing salesman and I would travel the 1500 miles again to purchase a vehicle from him! Poor Customer Service Bought a set of parts, was up-charged after purchase, then and was refused a return even though the parts were still brand new and still in the bag.
