where is my windshield wiper blade? All service seemed to be good until I drove off... and I notice I only have the driver's side blade on... I called the service and they transferred me to the service manager... all he had to say was that I did not have the blade when i drop off the car... it was raining when i dropped it off... and all wipers were fine... only when the car was in service the passanger side blade was missing... service manager blamed me for bringing the car without the blade... when i kept explaing this service manager sarcastically says that then his guys were wrong... since i DO have $44 bucks to spend on blades, i did not want to keep on fighting this guy... good luck THREE COUNTY... PS: everybody else at the dealership were good... shuttle driver, casheir, etc More

Very Positive Service Experience I needed a late afternoon last minute service appointment this past Saturday, 9/26. Just a few hours earlier the battery of my 2011 Jetta with 104000 I needed a late afternoon last minute service appointment this past Saturday, 9/26. Just a few hours earlier the battery of my 2011 Jetta with 104000 miles suddenly died. I had been advised by AAA to invest in a new battery immediately after receiving a jump. I called several Volkswagen service departments including the one 15 minutes from my home. Three County offered the best price and was actually running a special on batteries and installation. It was 2:52 pm when I spoke to Matt at Three County Volkswagen to make an appointment. I was advised that I needed to arrive to the dealership by 3:30 because that was the time the workers would start going home. I live about 30 min away and did not arrive until 3:40. I was expecting to be turned away, but Matt, the service manager, warmly greeted me and said we have been waiting for you. Within 15 minutes I had a new battery for my Jetta and I was able to continue with my very busy agenda for the day. I was very appreciative and extremely impressed with both the outstanding customer service and servicing of my car. I have leased or purchased a total of four Volkswagens in the past fifteen years. I have had my cars serviced at many different Volkswagen service departments over the years and none of them compare to the high quality of service and competitive pricing that is offered by Three County. Could cost up to 2500 , Then told me it could go as high as 4500. Asked Sales manager to help get into something else , just wanted fair value ,they did not want to help at all. I dumped the car and am now crushed financially. HATE THEM NOW. More

We went back a week later and purchased a preowned car with Stan who again was very patient with us and worked the numbers to the best of his ability. I would go back to this dealership and work with Stan in a heartbeat. More
