They did nothing but charged me a few hundred to tell me they did nothing. No this was not the diagnostic fee. This was 2.5 hours of labor for something that can be done in under an hour. More

Three County Volkswagen responded

Thank you for taking your time to leave us a review. I apologize to you for the length of time that this diagnosis took. Unforutenly, you have another shop working on the vehicle at some point. We needed to figure out what they had done and if it was correct. Turns out, the work the other repair shop had done was incorrect as they had installed the incorrect ABS system control module. I do apologize for any inconvenience on our part. I do thank you for your business. Please stay well. Matt - Three County Volkswagen Service and Parts Director.

Thank you for admitting this was a diagnostic, and no labor was performed. So much for this being anonymous. Aside from that, if any actual labor was performed this wouldn't get a complaint, but charging multiple hours of LABOR to tell me something that your scan tool would inform you in a few minutes is preposterous and an abuse of consumer trust.
