I called for parts. The rep was rude on th phone, when I get there for pick up, and raise the issue to the service manager but didn’t seem like taking any action nor The rep was rude on th phone, when I get there for pick up, and raise the issue to the service manager but didn’t seem like taking any action nor apologize for his team member misbehavior. I bought 4 cars form the same dealer, and have been using them for service for the last 10 years. I will never go there again More
