The staff is friendly and knowledgeable. Carlos and Greg are always pleasant, friendly and honest. The parts took a while to get there due to the Thanksgiving holiday. I waited there 3 hr just to get oil change. I was told it will take about 1.5-2hr so I decided to wait there. But it took little above 3 hr just for oil change. They did apologized to me for the delay and gave $10 off. But if I was made aware for such a long delay earlier, instead of waiting there I have left and come back to pick up my vehicle. More
