Absolutely horrific customer service, Matt the Service Manager should be ashamed of himself and Volkswagen should look into firing this fraud. The Service Department is excellent. The Sales Department not so much. Don't know if I'll use them again. I was vulnerable last time but there will be no next time and we leased many VW's from t Department not so much. Don't know if I'll use them again. The overall service experience was wonderful and pleasant! Made an appointment a few days prior for my first service. I was able to drop the vehicle off, have a shuttle drive me home while service w pleasant! Made an appointment a few days prior for my first service. I was able to drop the vehicle off, have a shuttle drive me home while service was completed and then come back to pick me up towards the end of the day (around 4pm). Would highly recommend. More
