They made the buying of the vehicle super easy and efficient but after I left the lot it’s been nothing but issues. I’ve only had my jeep for a little over 2 weeks and my 2 front tires and bladed then efficient but after I left the lot it’s been nothing but issues. I’ve only had my jeep for a little over 2 weeks and my 2 front tires and bladed then the back ones (When they all should be even tread) and the alignment is off. I’ve called numerous times to my sales guy and to his manager but no one ever calls me back. I feel like they should have to replace my tires and do an alignment for free! More

When I was contacted by phone, I was told that a part needed to be ordered. Then came the dreaded upsell. I was told that I needed a state inspection, so I agreed that would be good to add. I was then told that there were a couple of things needed: Cabin Filter and "Fuel Injection service". I agreed that I needed tthose items and said that I would take care of it later. When I picked up the vehicle, I was told that my bill was a bit more than $500. I was shocked, but I paid and left. I needed to get the car packed for vacation, and figured that it was work that needed done eventually. And the service writer is a nice guy. As I examined the invoice later, I saw that the cabin filter was a total pof $100 for parts & labor. I could have bought the filter for $20 and changed it in five minutes. Fuel injection service was a couple hundred dollars, could have waited, and I could have squirted cleaner in there for a couple of dollars. This is exactly why I go to a trusted, local garage for routine maintenance. More
