Yeah, I dropped off my vehicle for the battery warranty repair. It took two months to get my car back and when I got my car back, it was absolutely filthy. Not one attempt to try to go above and beyond to repair. It took two months to get my car back and when I got my car back, it was absolutely filthy. Not one attempt to try to go above and beyond to really make the dealership shine in this opportunity when I didn’t have my car for almost 2 months. Then when they bring my car around to the front, my rear wiper is hanging off the back window. It’s like they didn’t even look at the car at all for two months. I will never get another Jeep ever again after this terrible experience and now just this week alone, the light came back on for the battery again which means I have to go back into the dealership again and waste more time. More
