This was the 3rd dealership I went to after looking at multiple different cars. I should have came here first... They had exactly what I wanted... I would NEVER recommend anyone purchasing a car from this dealership! We had purchased a used minivan from them and had asked many questions regarding the condition of the van including owners, accidents, a dealership! We had purchased a used minivan from them and had asked many questions regarding the condition of the van including owners, accidents, and condition of the vehicle. We were told by the sales person that the van was certified and that because it was certified that it had a clean carfax and that it met a strict checkpoint of standards to become certified. Two years later when we have come to find out that the van was in a MAJOR accident and in addition to that in the two years we have owned the van we have had multiple issues with the van service wise. In addition, we did not get a full trade in on the van because of this finding and the van was never completely fixed properly from the accident because the tailgate and front bumper needed replaced. When I called them back, I shouldn't have been surprised to get ATTITUDE on the phone and get told that the car does not have to have a clean carfax to be certified. I will be investigating this further, but I want to let everyone know not to make the same mistake I did and purchase a car from this dealership, there are better ones out there!!!!! More
Leased a jeep from them and when we leased it we asked if there was going to be a fee when we turned it in. They said no and even had it in writing. We turned in our lease and we were going to get another je there was going to be a fee when we turned it in. They said no and even had it in writing. We turned in our lease and we were going to get another jeep and they said we owed a $1500 fee. We were 10,000 miles under the contracted amount, so it was not a mileage fee. They would not explain what it was for. I then said forget it, we are not getting another car here. They said ok then the fee is $2000. Again not telling me what it was for. I showed them the paperwork that stated no fees would be assessed unless we were over our miles or there was damage. There was no damage and we were under our miles. I asked to see the manager and when he came in he said we are paying the fee without even letting us talk. I said I'm not and I will take him to court over it. He then yelled at us and if it were not for my wife I would have hit the guy. He is lucky she was there. I will never shop there again. This is the thanks we get for spending $40k there. Rude and ignorant people. Needless to say, we have not paid the fee and never got a bill or notice stating we owed them. I think they were trying to make a quick $ from us. More
