I had an appointment Trent for oil change. When I was checked out, I had been there almost three hours. I feel like work is complete but the dealership is not efficient in the work. No one car When I was checked out, I had been there almost three hours. I feel like work is complete but the dealership is not efficient in the work. No one cared to work more proficiently, just happy work was completed. An employee had a puppy they brought out on a leash a few times and although the puppy is cute, it was very unprofessional. Majority of staff was dressed very casual or even sloppy which was surprising for staff that worked in main building. We will be using a different location for oil changes from here on out More
