I bought a car a few months ago, and after driving it for a while found it underpowered. After looking several cars at Tim Dahle Infinity I started negotiations on this car. The final deal they offered required another $8000 over what they offered me for the one I wanted. I went home and thought about it then looked up the value for my car and the one I wanted and the value was nearly identical. And, again, they wanted an additional $8000 to make the deal for the one I wanted which has the same value. I didn’t get a good deal with the first car and they offered even worse on this one. According to them it’s only business... Don’t go here! More

Nice dealership decent selection of vehicles. Only complaint and they should be embarrassed about this is they make you buy the second key. I spent over $25,000 on a car and you can give me a key. Issue with our 2019 QX80 that was user error on our part. The Tim Dahle team have always been top notch to deal with. We live in Cache Valley and have had a problem with our new QX80 occasionally having a dea The Tim Dahle team have always been top notch to deal with. We live in Cache Valley and have had a problem with our new QX80 occasionally having a dead battery. We took it in where they had a new loaner ready for us. They checked it top to bottom and told use that they couldn't find any issues with the battery or charging system. With information learned from a new service bulletin we learned that when you leave the fob in the car while it was in the garage (not recommended) that the car never really shuts down. Also the new alternators charge under different parameters for emissions reasons. So the combination of leaving the fob in the car combined with driving short (non highway speed) distances doesn't properly charge the battery. Lesson learned. Jacob in the service department was good to personally text with the progress during service and follow up after to make sure things are good. More
Not happy with customer service My wife and I just bought a 2019 qx60, when we made it home my wife noticed a nick in the side window on the driver's side, I believe this happened wh My wife and I just bought a 2019 qx60, when we made it home my wife noticed a nick in the side window on the driver's side, I believe this happened when the dealer ship took off the luggage carrier that they original said was ours, then went back on there word. Now the nick has spread. I have asked them to replace the side window have got no answer from them. I will never use Tim Dahle infiniti of Utah again. More
