Tim Dahle Nissan Murray

We were ramrodded into a car that had front end problems. One tire was worn down more than the other tire in the front. I did'nt notice this untill we bought the car. We were told that this was just rust on One tire was worn down more than the other tire in the front. I did'nt notice this untill we bought the car. We were told that this was just rust on the rotors but i knew it was worse tham that. We were also told that they would come down on the price to get us down to a $200.00 payment instead of lowering the price they added more months to the payment. We did'nt know this untill it was to late and we had signed the papers. We took the car back within 2 days and handed them the keys. They said that we could'nt bring it back and if we did they would ruin our good credit. And send a collection agency after us. They said they would trade us for another car with more miles that did'nt have any problems. We ended up paying more than the car was worth. We are now upside down in a car with 64000, miles on it. I was told that in utah you can take any car back and get a full refund within 3 days. Is this not true? If so we were lied to by Tim Dahle of Murray. Stay away. Stay away. from this Dealership. i contacted tim dalhe nissan in murray and spoke with Jeff Murray. i explained my sitution and what i can afford to pay per month and what i can afford for a down payment. i gave him mine and my wifes ap Jeff Murray. i explained my sitution and what i can afford to pay per month and what i can afford for a down payment. i gave him mine and my wifes application information over the phone so he could get the ball rolling so when we headed up to murray from provo he could have a list of vehicles for us to choose from. so when we arrived he had a list of cars for us to look at and one car in particular that we agreed on and he told us he could sell us that car all day long so we went along with the buying process. the vehicle was a 12,000 dollar vehicle, he went and got ome numbers from the sales manager and came back and presented them to me and my wife.the numbers were 1000 dollars down and 530 dollars per month for 48 months. so i took out my phone and did the math and they were trying to sell that 12,000 dollar vehicle for 26,440 dollars! wow what a mark up! so when i was angry he said he has another vehicle in back so he went and got it. it was a broke down 2002 nissan xterra with flat tires crappy paint a cracked windshield and the interior was trashed too.....this was an absolute lap to the face so we left. i contacted ken garff nissan in orem and i purchased a 2013 nissan rogue for less than they were trying to sell me the origional vehicle we went to tim dahle for. the guy at ken garff treated us with respect, they were friendly and worked hard to get us this beautiful vehicle. i will never give tim dahle a positive review, infact ill continue to blast them on the internet... I first went on the web and looked at several cars. I had three dealers I was dealing with, when it came down to it Robert was the only one that would answer me back. He contacted me every time I asked had three dealers I was dealing with, when it came down to it Robert was the only one that would answer me back. He contacted me every time I asked him a question and when I finally decided on him he was great to explain everything to me. I hate going into a dealer and going thru the hassle of price so Robert and I was able to work out all the things I needed before coming down and test driving the car. I think the internet is the first way to stop all the hassle of going back and forth on different things. I would recommend Tim Dahle and Robert is the only Sales person in my book that I would recommend. He is a keeper. More

Bought a used truck "as is". Tried to get it inspected and emission tested, wouldn't pass because it was illegal...funny that it passed when we bought it there. It is illegal to sell a vehicle that hasn't legally passed both. The wheels and tires were illegal (we found that out when we went to buy new tires) as was the catalytic converter...since it WASN'T EVEN ON THERE!!! Really considering calling the EPA...they don't like that sort of thing. I get that when you buy something "as is" you are taking a risk, but the charges for emission testing and inspection were added to the price of the truck, so you would assume that everything was legal. SO MUCH FOR THAT! More
