Truck found! I was in need of a good used truck. I had searched the local Used Car Sale website but was not able to find what I was looking for. I called to see if I was in need of a good used truck. Andrew Dunn redefined the meaning of used car salesman. he went above and beyond what was expected. He was very knowledgeable and not pushy like the stereotypical used car salesman. Liars, greedy, cheats I bought my 08 Rogue from tTim Dahle Nissan Southtown 8/9/16. I told them I wanted my payments at a certain amount and the Salesman, Chase Asay (no lo I bought my 08 Rogue from tTim Dahle Nissan Southtown 8/9/16. I told them I wanted my payments at a certain amount and the Salesman, Chase Asay (no longer works there) told me that wouldn't be a problem. He showed me a few cars and I found one that I fell in love with. I did everything they asked, signed all the paperwork, emailed, faxed, and scanned everything else. The Rogue is worth 6k in perfect condition, i currently owe 10k over the worth of my car. Marco in finance said i would have plates in 30 days. My temp tag expired so i called Marco and he told me some bs about the finance dept. sending the check to pay off my trade in to the wrong bank so they had to wait for the bank to mail the check back. Another temp tage expires, i go back in and I'm told they sent it to the correct bank, wrong department. Another temp tag expires. I am now being fed some lie about how the title they received for my car was for another 08 Rogue in California....another temp tag expires and they are waiting for the title to be mailed from Texas. I go to Marco's office and he is rude and condescending and very smug. I finally take my dad in with me and he asks to talk to yhe GM, who conveniently, is not there. I am given another tag, this is February 2017. I call to see if my plates are in and the girl tells me they have had my plates since September 2016!!!! I finally got my plates in March 2017 which expired August 2017. I am upside down in a 2008 that is worth 6k in perfect condition. I recommended friends and family to this place and every one of them was screwed over as well. They lost TWO of my parents down payment checks, they sold my friend a lemon and told her to let them repo it since they couldn't find out what was wrong with it. Horrible service, horrible people. Do not trust. I purchased a used car that had passed inspection. The third time I drove it, the clutch literally explodes. It took the clutch pressure plate and t I purchased a used car that had passed inspection. The third time I drove it, the clutch literally explodes. It took the clutch pressure plate and the fly wheel and a few other things out. I get it back from the repair shop $1450 later... Tim Dahle won't answer the phone or I get sent to a voicemail. Finally got promised $300... and it never showed up. I get it back from the clutch repair to find out the coolant bypass valve has a leak. So much for getting "a $900 inspection for free. The gas light was on when I text drive the car... they wouldn't even fill the tank. More

First time buyer, awesome experience. Mackie and Big Al went above and beyond for me. I wasn't expecting to leave with a car because of my credit and not having too much of a down payment Mackie and Big Al went above and beyond for me.
