We took our 2017 Nissan Rouge in for repairs because the driver side set would not adjust. The analysis showed that the seat track was broken and would cost for repairs. Our car was out of warranty by a month and just over 200 miles over mileage. Needless to say we were sick about it. In talking to Jon Stinson, our service adviser, he suggested that we call Nissan and present our situation to them and see if they could extend the warranty and help us out. We talked with Sarah at Nissan National, she reviewed our case and they agreed to help us with repairs. We appreciate Jon for going out of his way to help us and appreciate the service crew at Southtowne.

I wouldn't even give this company a star!! But you must in order to write a review! This place is the most corrupt and foulest company I have ever come in contact with! And I am not one to write many reviews! But I must WARN you!
I purchased a vehicle almost 2 weeks ago, and I have YET to leave with my car. They told me my car would be ready the next day of purchase because they were cleaning it. I put a deposit down, and the next day I came back to sign the contract. After signing the sales guy BEN came in the office to tell us the car wasn't ready and it would be ready within 3-4 days. Some xxxxxxxx story they gave me that they were super busy. 4th day came & finally a text after NUMEROUS messages left from my husband & I we wanted of any updates. All they do is give you the run around and tell you they will call you back or that you have to talk the specific sales man that helped you. 4th day came & a pathetic text (NOT A CALL!) that there was something wrong with the vehicle & they were working on fixing it. THAT'S IT! NO other information. My husband & I immediately went to the office & demanded more information. Told us it was the air flow & that it would be fixed by...AGAIN 3-4 days. We'll give you an extra tank of gas they said.. "for your troubles" AGAIN 3-4 days passes by..mind you we get a text this past Friday that they have started working on the vehicle.
Monday comes, we call in to get an update, and not until later in the evening we get the call that the vehicle won't be done for another week!!!!
At this point I'm sure this car is a lemon with more problems than they expected or believe us to think. DO NOT WASTER YOUR TIME!! I PROMISE YOU, YOU WILL REGRET IT!!
I will be filing complaints to the ATTORNEY GENERAL, FTC AND CFPB! ALONG WITH A CALL TO MY LAYER!!
KNOW YOUR RIGHTS PEOPLE! DO NOT I mean DO NOT waste your time! These bad reviews that I ignored for the good will come back to bite you in the xxx!!

This is the worst dealership I have ever been to in my life. I wouldn't recommend this place to my enemies! Called eight times in one day to find out what was going on, was hung upon. Didn't receive my license plates in over four months, and the loan paperwork, my bank waited for them for so long they closed the loan.
I had called the state, and bank and was advised the dealership hadn't done anything but cash my check.
