When we were negotiating on the price, they told us they would run the truck through the shop to get it whatever it needed to pass safety & emission and whatever else the truck may need. Well when we went to sign the contract, we found out that running it through the shop cost $1000! Plus interest because it's financed into the loan. I have never heard of that at a dealership and refused to pay it. They still have to make it pass S & E for financing anyway. After having my own mechanic look over it, it needs a new radiator, the backing plate was bent and rubbing on the tire, the front differential and transfer case are leaking (the transfer case had NO fluid in it btw). The rotors are rusted, the rear brakes did NOT pass safety, and we had to replace the passenger side mirror and flush the tranny. We have put a ridiculous amount of money into a truck we just bought. *update* We are now having to replace the transfer case because there was so much damage from not having fluid. We have put over $2500 in repairs into a vehicle we've had for less than a month! They will not do anything to help us out because they would be losing money. So I guess it's our problem they didn't check the truck thoroughly enough before offering it for sale. More

Complete Rippoff I purchased a used car (2014) from them in Dec 2016. I specifically asked Mike Spivey if the car had been in an accident and was told no it had no (c I purchased a used car (2014) from them in Dec 2016. I specifically asked Mike Spivey if the car had been in an accident and was told no it had no (carfax supported this). I specifically asked Mike Spivey if it had any leaks and was told it did not. Mike Spivey told me about all this supposed service they did to the car before giving it to me (to include an oil change that day - which I found out never happened). Anyway, from day one it leaked a lot of oil. They took it back three times and replaced all kinds of seals (for which they had to remove the transmission). After the third time of takeing it back to them I took it to another Nissan dealer. As soon as they pulled the transmission they called me and asked when the vehicle was in an accident. I told them I was assured it had not been. When I went to the other dealer not only did they show me on the transmission where it had been in an accident they also showed me on the front fender and bumper how they could tell it was in an accident and had been repaired. I asked if this should have been caught either during their inspection they do when they take possession of the car, or when they did their multi-point inspection they bragged about before I took possession, or when they were doing any of the previous maintenance. I was told yes on all accounts. So either Tim Dahle Nissan lied to me or are completely incompetent in their maintenance. Anyway the transmission needed to be replaced. I had to fight tooth and nail to get them to replace it free of charge. They did but only after major complaining on my part. They have never accepted responsibility (verbally) for lying about the accident or just outright missing it during maintenance. Now that the weather is warming up I've used the AC. Guess what, it's been getting warmer and warmer so there is a leak or something. I know that will come out of my pocket - they wouldn't dare fix it for free. All I can say is I feel I was totally ripped off and have zero trust or faith in them. They didn't fix the real problem until after another dealer identified it and I got the Nissan Regional Rep from Denver involved; and that was only after serious complaining on my part. Buying a new car from them is great because of the Nissan warranty. When it comes to a 2 year old car with 18000 miles ... BUYER BEWARE !!! The General manager disregarded my request for them to either buy back the vehicle or to refund $2500 because I bought a car that had been in an accident under the pretense I was getting one that had not. Even after specific requests to meet with him, we never met. There was always an excuse as to why he couldn't meet with me. More

The 2012 Chevy Sonic is now in the repair shop and possibly needing a new transmission. Surprise...it only has 70,000 miles, but it's 2 months past the warranty. They didn't offer us an extended warranty, they gave us gap insurance instead. More

Great Experience I normally do not write reviews, but this experience was amazing! My wife and I purchased a used Nissan Pathfinder. Our salesmen were Johnny and Kyl I normally do not write reviews, but this experience was amazing! My wife and I purchased a used Nissan Pathfinder. Our salesmen were Johnny and Kyle. The both did a fantastic job. They were easy to talk to and they made us feel comfortable and like their primary concern was that we find the car that was right for us. Never did we feel pressured, and both of them were knowledgeable about the products that we were looking at. When we interacted with a sales manager during the negotiation phase, he polite and friendly and worked with us to get deal that we both felt good with. The financing took a little longer than we would have liked, but they were busy and it was understandable. Our interaction with the finance manager was then same as we had with everyone else. We came away feeling like were received white glove treatment from everyone we interacted with. This was one of the best car buying experiences that we have had. More

Specifically, Trey Bennett was FANTASTIC! He helped me and worked with his management and sales team for more than 4 hours to get me a deal that I could handle comfortably.
