Don't listen and think they know how to sell to a customer. Let me start by saying we know what we want and we aren't going to be held hostage by any car dealerships typical sales tactics. Rule 1 - Don't lie about pricing... oh wait, how about, just don't lie! (they claimed the pricing on the internet was wrong so they added additional costs to the price.) Rule 2 -Don't claim your not making any money on the deal.(see item one) one of the oldest sales tactics and we are tired of hearing it. Rule 3- Don't claim you can't meet your company advertisements. (the radio advertised claim was 3 years newer pricing for your trade in and I listened for any special tricks or fine print) They didn't even try to do the honest thing and meet their advertisement even a little, even though we brought it up several times. Rule 4- Listen to your customers. Keep in mind, the sale was so close to being final and we had given in all along the way without so much as a budge on your part. When this Sale fell through, it was do to a lack of listening from the beginning to the end in the process and an unwillingness to negotiate or budge at all. We have purchased MULTIPLE cars from Tim Dahle Murray in the past with never this big an issue or feeling completely insulted. After this experience at Southtowne I don't know that we will ever go back to any Tim Dahle businesses. More

When we finally got ahold of them, (they ignored calls and emails), they decided they had not asked enough and wanted more money. After the agreement and down payment. Very dishonest and disreputable. And they still have not returned our deposit. Disgusting values. Period. And the amount they wanted was way over blue book or Edmunds valuation. It wasn't just the salesman either, but the manager as well, that was rude. More

Bad service Twice they got the parts wrong!, Im still waiting to see if they get it right this time so that I can enjoy my new vehicle. I tried getting a loaner car and they gave me one that had a very unpleasant smell, they kept saying they had no other cars. When i get home the tire was already flat! so i went and put air on it. I returned the car and someone in the back yells "we can fix the tire but we dont have another car to loan", I didnt know who that was but it was very inconsiderate of them to not understand my struggle. I got the name from the employees, Shannel is new at her position, but definitely not an excuse for the bad service. More

So I typically don't Rant... but what I have been going through with Tim Dahle South Towne Nissan service department is BEYOND RIDICULOUS, here's the So I typically don't Rant... but what I have been going through with Tim Dahle South Towne Nissan service department is BEYOND RIDICULOUS, here's the short story.. I bought my car just before christmas and had their service department do the oil change in February 4 days later my turbo and motor have to be replaced because of OIL STARVATION! The first shop that looked at it had to put 3qts of oil in my car just to get the oil to register on the dip stick!! No my car didn't have a oil leak nor did the oil plug fall out so where did the oil go??? Not in my driveway... While if you ask South Towne Nissan's service department assistant manager or manager they will have all kinds of stories saying that Subaru knows there's an oil consumption issue (yep they do but on newer Subarus and Subaru is assisting those customers) my Turbo probably kicked out 3qts of oil (with out me NOT knowing) ADD in story time: they have 3 subarus in their shop with the same kind of issue (2 days later and the other manger said they had 5 Subarus in the shop with this issue)....They continued to try and Throw subaru under the bus and state that there is such an issue with Subaru that they had to use a used motor because Subaru didn't have any motors in stock...Yeah NO!! I called around and wow to my shock found plenty of Subaru motors... Basically the assistant manager and the manager of the service department treated me like a stupid girl that was trying to blame them for something they didn't do and that they could prove it by all these stories and videos.. I have tried so many avenues to talk this out and at least find someone to at least treat me with some brains.. The sales manager (Grin P) and the service GM (Josh) at least treated me respectfully and listened when the service advisers/ assistant Manager and Manager (John D and Andy) treated me like a silly stupid girl. I finely get the video of my oil change (after I've been requesting the video for a week) - it's so low quality has no time stamp, can't see my licence plate nor the oil meter and its under 2 minutes long.. So they state they aren't at fault and have proof they did what was required of them but want to make me happy and are willing to assist me in replacing my motor at cost to save me some money.. More

DO NOT BUY A NISSAN FROM THIS DEALERSHIP, YOU WILL REGRET IT!!! Never work with Tim Dahle Nissan again! Worst customer service experience of my life! Bought a 2007 Nissan Pathfinder and did ALL maintenance and service through this dealership and the motor blew with only 111K miles on the motor. Was charged over $1800 (Almost $10k to replace the motor and exhaust!) more than originally quoted and it took over 6 weeks to get my vehicle back! I asked my service advisor that I worked with for over a decade JD to help, nothing, the service writer Scott is worthless, never following through on any of his commitments. I asked for the service manager to call me back, nothing, I even asked the owner Tyler Slade to call me back, crickets! DO NOT BUY A CAR OR GET IT SERVICED FROM THIS JUNK SHOW OF A DEALER!!! YOU WILL REGRET IT!! More
