We made the stupid decision to buy from them twice got screwed over twice and it's so unfortunate that even working with Steven Dahle got us screwed, Bill in finance, Martin in the glass Bay approving deals, and jd in the service Bay. Apparently they don't have people "qualified" people to work on the vehicles, the used car mechanic not only hit my vehicle but didn't do any oil change the two times I brought it, we would all assume it would be done buying it but we are wrong. They also sold us a vehicle that would not pass safety and emissions. Be very careful who you work with here. In fact it's illegal for a car dealership to sale cars that won't pass. So how many of you people that buy here think it really passed? If they do it to me won't they do it to you? More

THEY DONT STICK TO THERE WORD ABOUT ANYTHING AND DALE WILLIAMS IN THERE FINANCE IS JUST AS BAD HE IS A LIAR AND HIS WORD DOES NOT MEAN CRAP AS WELL MAKE SURE THAT EVERYTHING IS CORRECT ON YOUR PAPERWORK!!!!! Could have been a happy customer I purchased a used vehicle (2013 Ford Explorer) from this dealership about a month ago. Upon driving the vehicle on a family trip, my wife found out t I purchased a used vehicle (2013 Ford Explorer) from this dealership about a month ago. Upon driving the vehicle on a family trip, my wife found out that the car will not go over 70mph. I didn't feel like the issue was anything related to engine problems. After doing some research and contacting Ford, they informed me there's a programing option to program certain keys (Ford MYkey) to have limited capabilities when driving the car. One of the restrictions is you can set the MPH limit to 70, 75, 80, etc... The key I received will not allow me to change these settings. In order to change the settings, I would have to spend an additional $300 to get a key made at a dealership. If they had disclosed this information, I would not have purchased the vehicle in the first place! Billy, (the salesman) I originally worked with was helpful and I appreciate the customer service he provided. When I brought this issue to his attention, he sent me to one of the Team Leaders (Ernie Willits). Ernie was very condescending and disrespectful in his attitude towards the issue I was having. After walking away from my discussion with him, the feeling I had was that Tim Dahle could care less about their customers. With spending $25,000 on a car, I feel that a little more help to resolve my issue would be great! I hate to have such a negative impression of the dealership after originally being so happy with the purchase my wife and I made. If this is the way the treat all their customers, I wish you the best of luck in your buying experience! More
