Worst Dealership experience of my life I spent a couple of hours in this dealership after spending hours on your website over the past 4 or 5 days doing some research and found some great p I spent a couple of hours in this dealership after spending hours on your website over the past 4 or 5 days doing some research and found some great pricing on your website on a lease for a new Altima. I came in ready and willing to drive out of the parking lot with a new car. I will first start by stating that I absolutely enjoyed working with Aaron (not sure on the spelling) but he was great to answer my questions, track down some keys for several cars that I wanted to look at, and I was very impressed with him. That is where the great experience ended and the nightmare began. After going inside to talk about getting the lease started, I filled out the credit app and Aaron came back with a price for the lease. It was $125 higher than what I found online and I would have to put $1331 down to get it to the $275/mo range (the internet pricing showed just $149 down needed). When I asked for an explanation and there wasn't a good one, I showed Aaron a printout of the pricing I found online. I understand that TT&L is extra but that was quite a shock since $1331 should have more than covered the TT&L. Inline image (I'm hoping this picture of the online quote loads) Aaron said he would go talk to his manager and find out what he could do. I was relieved when the sales manager came back out with so we didn't have to play the "let me see what my manager can do" game. Unfortunately, this particular manager, Ernie Willits , took my nightmare to the extreme. He came back and immediately started giving me the "the website isn't working right" and "we have our guys working to fix it right now". I explained that this wasn't just listed here today but it has shown this way for at least 4 or 5 days while I have been doing my research. I was told repeatedly that the purchase price and the lease price were different, even though everything on the website does nothing to indicate that. He even went as far as to pull up the website, spend 10 minutes reading through the fine print and show me some verbiage about rebates being offered. He then tried to say that the extra cost was due to security deposits and just started rattling off numbers, which were quit honestly a bad attempt to just confuse me. He was just reaching and hoping I wouldn't call him out on his blatant attempts to lie right to my face. After explaining and trying my best to work with them to still make this happen, I finally asked the sales manager to answer yes or no as to whether he would be honoring the lease price on the internet. He would only say "I will honor the purchase price". After 3 attempts to get a simple yes or no answer to my question with no luck, I stood up to walk out since he obviously did not respect me enough to give me a simple answer. As I stood and reached to grab the papers that I brought with me, Including the printout of the screen shot of your internet pricing, he tried to grab them out of my hand. I am in complete awe that you would have someone working for your dealership that would treat people like this. I honestly feel bad for the salesperson Aaron who missed out on a deal tonight. All calls and emails to the general manager have been ignored. I would put 0 stars, if it would let me. More
INCREDIBLE SERVICE!!!! I needed an oil and filter change, my tires rotated, and a scratch buffed out on my car. Stephen Galaso (my absolutely excellent salesman who sold me my Rogue) connected me with an equally absolutely excellent Service Advisor, Joe Grotton. Joe took care of everything I needed done in the most timely manner possible. I usually dread taking my car in for service at dealerships because it seems like you always need to block out 3+ hours for the service to be done. I was in and out of the dealership in less that an hour with how quickly Joe worked on my car. He not only provided me with quick, excellent service, but he even ran my car through the car wash, so I when I got it back it was like receiving a brand new car again. The best part, was while I waited on my car, I was able to relax and watch TV, eat some delicious popcorn, and catch up with the wonderful salesmen and service guys that work there. They all remembered my from when I first bought my car and took 5 minutes out of their day to come say hi and catch up. THAT is excellent customer service! They all take the time to create personal relationships with their customers. THANK YOU, JOE & STEPHEN!!!!! Tim Dahle forever has my business and recommendation because of these two. Thank you, Joe for taking such great care of my Rogue! More

If you want no respect, this is your place! I was hesitant to do business with Tim Dahle Nissan in the first place, just because of the mixed reviews I got from friends and coworkers, but after I was hesitant to do business with Tim Dahle Nissan in the first place, just because of the mixed reviews I got from friends and coworkers, but after reading the reviews on here I decided to give it a shot. I brought my car in for new tires and an alignment and after waiting 20 minutes was greeted by Andy. He seemed like he was having a bad day so I decided to let his unfriendly-ness slide. I was given a ride to my place of employment by Dave, who just so happened to be one of the only kind people I encountered at this dealership, and was also picked up by him. When I got back to the dealership, it was a lot busier than before and I waited over 40 minutes before any of the service employees offered assistance. After I paid for my car (double the cost of what they told me it would be) I drove my car away and realized it was pulling hard to the right, just like it did before. I turned right around and came back to the dealership. After waiting for over an hour while they were checking what was wrong, they came back and told me they forgot to do the alignment the first time and I would have to come back another day because they didn't have time. After this day, I tried calling every day for a week to talk to Mark Tuttle, the service manager. Every time I called, I was either sent to voicemail or told he was busy. I came in one day to speak with him and the cashier (I do not know her name because she was not wearing a name tag, but she has blonde hair and is heavier set) told me to "get in line" and that "he doesn't have very much time for customers who just want free handouts". I was appalled. I walked out of the door and took my business elsewhere. More
