Absolutely Outstanding from start to finish. I recently purchased a Jeep Wrangler Unlimited Sport from Donny at Tim Dahle. I've been searching for this very vehicle for months and not only did Donny reach and let me know they had something I might like, he scheduled a test drive with me that very same day, worked with me all evening to get the deal where it needed to be, and stayed on it until I drove it off the lot that night. As a woman, it can be intimidating to walk into a dealership--there is a stigma about what we know/don't know and believe me, other dealerships I've dealt with have perpetuated that stereotype. Not at Tim Dahle. Donny treated me with respect, demonstrated exceptional knowledge, and provided absolute professionalism from the test drive to the final paperwork. We happened to be driving by and on the spur of the moment called the dealership and said we wanted to look at the car, we would be there in 5 minutes. When we arrived we were told the car had been loaded and sent to auction within the last hour. Devon Dillenburg proceeded to call the truck driver with the auction vehicles. He stopped the truck, met the driver and retrieved the car. All within one hour's time Devon was back at the dealership with the car ready for us to take a test drive. Wow!
