I started out at another competing dealership and came over to look at the Nissan Rogue. Cameron sold me on it in about 5 minutes. The negotiating process was extremely fast compared to previous experie over to look at the Nissan Rogue. Cameron sold me on it in about 5 minutes. I returned later to my financing paperwork all complete and ready to sign. The whole process was very painless and refreshing! More
I first want to say that Justin Brackett was a wonderful salesperson and none of my review is about him. He was the only good thing about the entire car "buying" experience at Tim Dahle Nissan of Sandy. I went into the Nissan dealership wanting to look at different options of new and used cars. Justin was able to find me a car that I loved with every being of my body. It seemed liked this car was made for me. Never in the world did I believe that with my credit I was going to be able to have a brand new car. After picking out the car and falling in love. We go to do the financing. Everything was going well. We do some negotiating with the "bank". I was never told which bank it was. I automatically assumed that it was just the in house Nissan financing. We finally get to a point that I was comfortable with payment. I sign a bunch of papers. And they said the car was mine. SIx weeks later I get a phone call from James Baker stating I needed to sign more papers. I go in and find out that the car was never actually financed. When I go in they tell me my payment was going up $60 on top of my payment that was already on the top of my budget. At that point they said that if anything thing else happened with the financing that I would be told. NEVER A PHONE CALL RECIEVED after that point. So, I a first time car buying thought everything was fine. Then one day I get a very nasty letter in the mail demanding me to return the car. And that I was going to have to pay for the mileage that was put on the car. NEVER WAS I TOLD THAT IF ANYTHING HAPPENED THAT I WOULD HAVE TO PAY FOR THE MILEAGE ON THE CAR I WAS TOLD I PURCHASED!!!!! After all this James Baker is the worst human being and needs a longgggggg class in customer service. NEVER WILL I EVER RECOMMEND TIM DAHLE OR NISSAN. More
My husband and I arrived at the dealership late Saturday night not knowing what SUV we would be interested in and not really looking to purchase. Hamilton was very patient with us and showed us options and every questions we had he was able to answer. Hamilton was supposed to be leaving but he stayed late and did not pressure us in anyway to make the purchase or to hurry us into a decision just so he could leave. He worked hard to get us the best deal that would work for our payment range and to get us a good price for our trade in. He made sure the car was full of fuel and detailed so that when we arrived Monday to pick up the car is was ready. Again he stayed late to make sure we were happy and we knew how all the buttons and options worked. I would defiantly recommend Hamilton to any of my friends and family. More

We worked with Braydan Bunce in getting our Juke. He was very good to work with. We told him that we don't want to go back and forth with a price, but willing to pay a fair price for the Juke's. We agreed on a price, he took it to the managers, we were set I thought. Now the finance part with Zach Stilson, when I ask what the interest rate was, he tells me 5%, but really was 5.99%. Then try to sell me extended warranty show me what the new monthly payment would be. So I ask what the total cost of the extended warranty, Zach tells me $1400 but again its not so it's $1497. Now he tells me he will lower the interest rate to 4%, but again not so 4.99%. Then went I got home looking over the paperwork Zach added a Key replacement charge of $300. After signing so many papers by the end you just want to get done. I guess that's why they leave the most important paper to sign to the last. Zach was very miss leading I would not want to deal with him again More

Ryan and Dustin were very friendly and answered the questions I had and NEVER made feel uncomfortable or pressured.
