Bought used vehicle, debited partial downpayment and rather than debiting the full down payment amount they requested cashier check for smaller remaining balance. As we bank with Capital one checking there is no physical branch to collect cashier check so we offered a wire transfer on our dime which we were told would be acceptable. The next day after sending the wire confirmation & confirming with the salesman we go to pick up the car. When we arrive we are told we still can’t have. So for two days we owned a car that we didn’t even have keys to. when expressing that this was unacceptable we were kicked out of the store by a “manager” that never gave his name. He refunded the debited amount but we still have no idea what will happen to a loan in our name that we have no vehicle for. Within moments of leaving the salesman calls us to come back but why would we?? More

These scathing reviews make my experience sound like a trip to Disney. I went in for a routine oil change. While waiting, I visited the show room. An employee eventually approached and showed me a picture on an iPad. He said this is the undercarriage of my vehicle and that they've discovered a leak in my rear axle. And that for only $509.00 parts & labor, they could try to have it repaired by the end of today. I told him that my car runs beautifully and I'm not familiar with what he was talking about. But I was familiar with my garage floor and there is no fluid on it. I asked WHAT is leaking from my rear axle. No answer. I actually asked "is it blinker fluid?" Silence, I told them no thanks and to just change the oil. My summation is this. Because no one is buying cars at Tim Dahle Nissan Southtowne, they're now making money by tricking you into allowing them to repair & replac things on your car that aren't broken. You've been warned, Jedi. More
