This was a fantastic experience! Troy was very professional and worked very hard to make us happy even though we were a pretty easy sale. There were no hidden surcharges, everything was explained. Jeff, the finance manager, was very helpful in getting an excellent interest rate--better than we would have gotten from our own credit union. They weren't high pressure. No bait and switch or trying to up-sell us on some more expensive model. Other dealers have treated us like some sort of security risk and seemed reluctant, believe it or not, to let us drive a car. Troy just showed us what we wanted and let us drive it--no extra scrutiny taking copies of drivers licence or any of that rigmarole. He treated us well. It was a superior experience in all respects!
