Colby I do apologize for your experience. Like I stated yesterday it was out of our hands. We did not realize there was a title issue seeing how we just took the vehicle in trade a few days prior. Our intentions are not to make you feel as though it was shady. These situations do happen from time to time, very rarely but again out of our hands and knowledge to begin with. We did refund you the purchase in full no questions asked after giving you the option to wait the 8 weeks for the new title to come in or a refund.
