My son bought a Forester and is very satisfied with it. After a lot of research and multiple test drives of the Outback (the team never hesitated to give me as many test drives as I wanted) and detailed answers to all my questions I finally decided on the Outback. Let me tell you, I have NOT been disappointed. From the initial test drive, to the special ordering of the model, color and options I wanted to the final price negotiations the Timmons experience has been the best I have ever had purchasing an automobile and I have had 10 over my lifetime. Couldn't get better than this!!! Edwin Legaspi met us as we parked. We were window shopping after looking at 3 other Subaru dealers. Ended the night with a 2016 Crosstrek fully load Edwin Legaspi met us as we parked. We were window shopping after looking at 3 other Subaru dealers. Ended the night with a 2016 Crosstrek fully loaded and 2017 WRX fully loaded. With Edwin's knowledge and great customer service he sold us on not 1 but 2 vehicles this far with no regrets. We are excited outdoorsie individuals that needed a vehicle that looked stylish and can take on the dirt/sand and the snow/ice (purpose of the crosstrek). WRX was an added bonus, we needed something that we can cruise around town and on the California highways without paying the price of a Benz/Lexus/BMW. I would recommend this place and Edwin to those that need a new vehicle. If you don't know about Subi's ask Edwin. 😄😄!!!! More

My first service appointment was smooth as butter I made an appointment about a week ago and I did not know exactly what to expect when I brought my vehicle in for its first service. I arrived just be I made an appointment about a week ago and I did not know exactly what to expect when I brought my vehicle in for its first service. I arrived just before 2pm and Carlos greeted me. He explained that he would be doing the first service on the vehicle and what was to be covered which included a synthetic oil change, oil filter change, tire rotation and topping off fluids. Carlos was very professional and called me Mr. Baur which was a nice touch. We walked around the vehicle and found a few chips in the paint that were put there by me and then I signed over the car to the Timmons Subaru staff. I mentioned that I did not want to wait and right about the time the final piece of paper was signed, the shuttle driver showed up. I believe his name was Vidal. He was very nice and took me home to wait for my car. An hour and a half later I got a call from Carlos saying that the vehicle was ready for pickup and that the shuttle was enroute. I got my things together and walked out the front door and Vidal was already sitting there. I went back to Timmons Subaru, got a brief from the service advisor and I was told that everything checked out perfectly. I was also told that the price would be zero dollars which was very nice. I have not purchased a new car in quite a few years and a pain free service/warranty plan is a big part of that service. Carlos and his team hit it out of the park! More
