Lyle demonstrated his extensive knowledge of the vehicle during our first telephone conversation. After speaking with him for about 20 minutes, I felt like I had known him for at least 10 years. Lyle was very patient and took the time to explain things about the car to me in detail. He was never pushy in any way and treated me as an individual and not just another customer. He is an expert on the Ford Mustang and on Roush products. He was completely honest and kept his word on every item that we had discussed and agreed on. Whenever we arrived at the dealership to pick up our vehicle, Julie, Wanda, and Anita all treated us extremely well and made us feel right at home. We traveled a considerable distance to purchase a vehicle from Lyle Sturgis, and will not hesitate to do business with him again in the future.
