We will always try and go above and beyond our guests expectations. I have immediately spoken with your sales person and was able to look into the conversation of trading in your Raptor for a New ROUSH F-150. Our Vehicle Website System will not give you an exact value for you trade, but it will get you an estimate Low/High. Your 2014 Raptor did give you an overall value between $33,720-$42,150 and we assessed your Raptor with 90K miles near the middle of that range. Our Tindol ROUSH Team is known for a very transparent experience as we do not engage in "Dealership Haggling". Unfortunately on the week days we do close at 8pm and I understand your sales person was able to stay in contact with you closer to 9pm, as we would with anyone to make sure we go above and beyond.
