Easy in, pleasant visit, quick out I brought my 2015 Legacy (which I LOVE!) in for its maiden servicing (6k miles). I had made my appointment on line -- very easy. The salesman, Chris, I brought my 2015 Legacy (which I LOVE!) in for its maiden servicing (6k miles). I had made my appointment on line -- very easy. The salesman, Chris, who had sold me the car was there and we had a pleasant chat. The receptionist at the service center was expecting me and greeted me graciously & warmly by name. She explained everything they would be doing in the routine service and asked if I wanted to have my tires rotated ($15) which I thought was an excellent idea and would not have otherwise thought about. The service area was comfortable, the coffee was good, free snacks were available (wasn't hungry but nice to know they were there) and I was just finishing my coffee and enjoying the NY Times when I was informed that my car was ready. Now THAT is the way a car (and its owner) should be treated! Well done, Tindol Subaru. Thank you for a pleasant experience. More

hassle free experience Tindol Ford had a PT Cruiser and we needed a second car so we dropped by to see it, Maurice Wilder, salesman, got us the key and we looked it over. Tindol Ford had a PT Cruiser and we needed a second car so we dropped by to see it, Maurice Wilder, salesman, got us the key and we looked it over. I called back later and told Wilder I thought the car was too much and if they reduced it to contact me. Next day, Wilder's manager, Eddie Pittman, called and presented a price we could live with. These two gentlemen were professional and respectful and a credit to the industry. It was a hassle free transaction and I wholeheartedly recommend this dealership. More
