Best car buying experience I have every had I have purchased many vehicles over the past 40 years but this was the most pleasant vehicle purchase I have every experienced. I had been pricing 2015 F150's for a couple of weeks and had my credit union car buying service assisting me with locating a truck with the options and within the price range that I was looking for. The credit union found me a truck with the options I was wanting but the price was still higher than what I was wanting to pay. I saw a vehicle advertised at Tindol Ford on the internet and called, spoke with Paul Poston, to inquiry about it. Paul called me back and stated that they still had the truck on the lot so I made an appointment to go check it out. I arrived a bit early for my appointment however the truck was sitting outside the door waiting for me to arrive and take a test drive. Paul was busy with another customer so he got Susan to assist me. They both were very friendly and welcoming with no high pressure sales pitch. I was given the keys to the truck so I took it for a test drive with my wife. The truck was exactly what I was looking for down to the color combination. Of course I was dreading the next step of haggling over price. When I sat down with Susan I just asked her to give me the out the door price for the truck. As usual time transpired and soon the sales manager came over and introduced himself. Here we go, the old sales manager pitch. To my surprise no high pressure sales pitch. Just a we want a satisfied customer pitch. While waiting for them to come back with a price everyone was very hospitable and attended to my wife and I. Finally they return with the price. I was shocked! It was below what I was expecting and even below the price I was wanting to pay for the truck. No haggling required!!!. I decided to take the truck and the rest was history. Even the experience spent with the finance department with Mike Corbett was a pleasure. Was in and out the door with a new truck within a couple of hours. Not the typical car buying experience. My wife and I both thought we were in a dream. More

But finally thanks to Owner - Natalie, getting involved they figured it out, which it should have been figured out a lot sooner, But due to the hard work of my Salesman - Mo Adams - did I go ahead and buy a 2015 Ford Fusion from this same dealership. We live out of town and the dealership generously offered to deliver it to our doorstep the next day if it was the car we wanted. I was honestly so hesitant to buy a car we had only seen pictures of! But I trusted the salesman, Patrick, and sure enough, the car exceeded my expectations! I feel so safe knowing we have a reliable vehicle for our family. Tindol Ford's competitive pricing allowed us to get extra car features and warranties that were not included in comparable cars at other dealerships. The salesman continued to communicate with me throughout the entire process. This experience relieved all pressure expected when car buying and we are so grateful! More

Not once did they tell us the car has been sold the day before. This we learned upon arrival. The car we looked at looked like the one we asked for. F150...4X4 XLT. Susan Howard sent us pictures. and price. The price difference was $5,000.00 more than what was quoted. We loss time and gas We could have stayed in Greenville S. C. Don't go there unless U live near and have time to waste. More

We were looking for a used RAV4 in the latest model redesign and found one at Tindol's. The price was fair, the car was in excellent condition and most importantly it was within the budget we had to spend on a cash purchase. Due to some competing demands at Tindol's we worked with two salesman Patrick and Anthony. They helped us answering all our questions and even with some hand offs never missed a beat. I would highly recommend both of them if you are in the market for a car. After seeing the car and taking a few days to decide on the purchase we moved forward. Because of the distance to travel to Gastonia from south Charlotte we worked with Patrick remotely to negotiate the purchase price including a trade in and scheduled delivery on the weekend. The advance terms of the deal were honored without any surprises. The only disappointment was the amount of time it took to process the paper work. We got hung up in a backlog of sorts and with only one person processing paper work the final paperwork took well over 3+ hours. In this day and age of internet transactions, legally binding electronic signatures, it's unfortunate this paper shuffle wasn't done in advance. An area for improvement for sure! Nonetheless I would still highly recommend the dealership and especially working with Patrick and Anthony. More

I was first asked to pay the full purchase price and then it was maybe we can take $200 off...really?? I also think the $599 admin fee is outrageous. I could do the title work, etc. far cheaper myself. Next, when I got the car home I found an oily substance all over the engine parts and underside of the hood which I had to wipe off. It's not necessary to do that. Next, I found the oil to be way over filled. I had to crawl under the car and let oil out of the drain plug 5 or 6 times until it came down to the full mark on the dipstick. Lastly, the pink coolant in the bottle is below the low line and now I have to spend $26 on a gallon of the stuff just to bring the level up to normal. Oh and my wife was told the seats would be steam cleaned and they weren't. Thanks. More
