The only hitch in the whole event was when I met the business manager to sign the paperwork. He used hard sell tactics on the extended warranties, gap insurance, etc. which completely left a bad taste for me. It was a pleasant experience and they were genuinely working with me. The ladies in the Internet Sales department sent me everything I needed via email and all I needed to do was go see it. I decided to drive up and test drive the truck I wanted. They had it up front waiting for me when I arrived so I got a good, walk around look at it and no one hassled me as I walked around it. All I had to do way raise me hand and a salesperson would immediately come to help. I had an appointment so I went inside to see Paul Poston and he had they key and was ready to roll. He knew a lot about the vehicle so we were off to a good start. The evaluation phase of my trade-in was quick and simple and both Paul and the Manager worked with me to get the numbers right. I decided to purchase the truck and Mike Corbett worked up all the paperwork without delay. I've bought many vehicles over the years (I'm almost 60) and this was by-far the best experience with a Dealership I've ever had. I will go back when my wife's car is ready to be replaced.
