I had no idea the level of professionalization, customer services, and fun I would enjoy when I walked in. Not once did I feel pressured and I certainly didn't feel like I was being taken advantage of at all! Special thank you to Mo and Mike. Mo was amazing...he was engaged, helpful, patient and wasn't going to rush me...no pressure. But, he knew I wanted to move process along because my time was limited. He turned a , normally ardurous process in to a smoothe, efficient and no non-sense process. I couldn't believe it! He had a professional version of a sense-of-urgency - which made me feel listened-to. I simply wanted my Ford and I needed it to get done asap! He was on board! So great! Mike is a professional, sharp, SWEET guy. Let me say, when you are committing to pay a good sum of money for a long 5 years...I need someone to be sweet to me, keeping me calm, easing the pain pf spending so much $! Oh, and the efficiency holds true throughout the dealership since Mike was on top of my paperwork.
