Having previously purchased two lexuses this way I had prior experience that gave me a basis of comparison. Brian and Robbie made the entire experience seamless. Aside from the test drive, I wouldn't have had to step inside the dealership at all. No wasted time sitting at a dealership all day while a salesperson keeps you on ice as he "talks with his manager". The entire sales experience related to me wife Explorer Sport coupled with the most competitive pricing in the Carolinas resulted in a simultaneous purchase of an F150 for myself. I'm hoping their post sale service is on par. Their competitor in Charlotte lost our business for life as a result of their constant unnecessary upsells whenever I took my prior vehicles in for scheduled maintenance. They may have garnered a profit on some extra spark plugs and coolant flushes but they'll never again see me in their showroom. Hoping My experience with Tindol going forward resemble the amazing Tindol sales expeience I witnessed! More

My husband and I were excited about the price but we were hesitant to inquire about the 2014 Subaru Forrester because we live in Charleston Sc and were not sure were wanted to travel 3 hours one way for a car with an infant. We quickly found there was no other 2014 Subaru Forrester we saw that we liked so we called and inquired about the car. Our first point was contact was Patrick Lobin in the internet sales department. I explained to Patrick what our needs were and what we could afford. Over a 24 hour period we put together a deal that worked for everyone!
