I upgraded to a 2014 Ford Fusion and as usual service was great and staff were friendly and helpful. This is my third Ford vehicle in 7 years, however I was a little disappointed when I came back two days af great and staff were friendly and helpful. This is my third Ford vehicle in 7 years, however I was a little disappointed when I came back two days after the sale to install satellite radio and license bracket. Took two hours out of my day, and only the bracket was installed. They forgot about the radio, but told me to come back next time. Also I found scratches on my glovebox, unusual for a brand new vehicle, and no set screws to hold the license plate, which supposedly were in the glovebox. I have confidence these issues will be resolved. More

Even though we have been Toyota customers since 1996 and have absolutely no complaints or problems with the 3-Camerys & 3-Avalon's, we decided to go with the Ford Taurus Limited. I believe Doren's exquisite knowledge of his product plus the fact the car had everything I wanted and more, swayed me away from Toyota for the first time since 1996. You can bet that was an almost impossible task. Tindol Ford...Doren Moore is a KEEPER! More

This is our 3rd car from Tindol, and Don has helped us every time! They went above and beyond to make sure we got what we needed and wanted. Roland even stood out in the freezing weather to explain the B every time! They went above and beyond to make sure we got what we needed and wanted. First of all, out of four Ford Motors sales/service locations, this is the only one that returned my call, so it was an auspicious start. The work was completed in a timely and professional manner. I had requested a second battery be added to my 2005 Ford F250 Crew Cab pickup. The solution that was offered was at a reasonable cost. The reason why I needed this was due to battery drain and cold weather conditions that prevented me from being able to start my truck. The battery drain is, in large part, due to some custom electric components that I had installed, such as a power inverter and an in-vehicle network gateway. After the work was completed, the next morning the temperature was 24 degrees, which would have normally caused some hesitation to start. However, there was no hesitation and the truck started immediately. Overall, I am very happy with the value, workmanship and expedience with which it was carried out. More
