Super easy, and happy with my purchase Karl called me suggesting to get this 2000 Ford Focus, because it was in my price range, and i was in need of transportation. Karl greeted me at the parking lot, led me straight to the car. Showed me all the options, and made me aware of some of the problems. It was too easy, I wanted it. Paperwork took less than an hour, Karl was consistent, confident, and simply a nice guy. I walked out to the car, the service department had already looked everything over made sure fluids, tire pressure, and hoses were good. I was out of the lot in two hours. Got ourselfs a van Shopped around for about a month, different dealers, different vans. We drove the one at Titus Will, and after about a week or so decided that was the Shopped around for about a month, different dealers, different vans. In the mean time of us shopping, Karl didn't harass us about buying that one and didn't get in our personal space. When we went in to make the purchase he had it ready for us to check out one more time before we decided to buy it. The rest of the sale went pretty smooth. No complaints really. If we need another vehicle while where in the PNW I wouldn't hesitate to go back to Titus Will and find Karl. Other good things about TW and Karl; I was able to test drive the vehicle with out the salesman, Karl was looking at looking at everything on the lot for us while we were test driving, having another prospect ready when we returned. Over all, pretty good experience! More
