Excellent salesman/average service department I have worked with Greg Eckroth for several of my car purchases. He is knowledgeable, patient and seems to really care. I've had a couple minor issues I have worked with Greg Eckroth for several of my car purchases. He is knowledgeable, patient and seems to really care. I've had a couple minor issues or concerns with my vehicle after my purchase and Greg has taken time to work through them with me and has made sure I am taken care of. I have referred several friends and family members to Greg and they always have shared that they too had a great experience. I would feel confident purchasing from Greg again in the future. I also take my car here for service and maintenance. It is challenging to get appointments within a couple of days. I also have had issues with my vehicle that were diagnosed incorrectly or have taken, what I felt was, above average time to repair. I would say I have less confidence with the service department overall. More
