We were on our way to Traverse City from Chicago when our Oldsmobile broke down. Despite all of the expense and inconvenience of needing a major repair miles from home, Julian in the service department helped us tremendously. I feared we might be treated as second-class customers because we had an old car and were dumped by fate at their doorstep, but Julian treated us like family.
Although there were hiccups getting back on our way, the stressful circumstances were mitigated by Greg Murray handling our after-hours phone call. They stood behind their work 100% when we were essentially helpless and stranded. Julian made it possible for us to save what we could of our trip, and took care of all of our follow-up phone calls and questions. These guys really went above and beyond and have earned my loyalty. Someday, if we are in the market to buy a new car, we are going to drive to Hudsonville from Chicago to do so.
