Great experience in times of stress When my 2009 Dodge Nitro R/T went down with a serious engine issue, I had its towed back to Tom Ahl Chrysler for repairs. As I waited for my ride hom When my 2009 Dodge Nitro R/T went down with a serious engine issue, I had its towed back to Tom Ahl Chrysler for repairs. As I waited for my ride home, I met with my salesman, Bob Cook, and explained my problem. We talked about what I was looking for if I had to replace the Nitro. Bob gave me a quick review of all the different type of replacement small to midsized SUV that could possibly work for my use. We then went out on the lot and looked at a few units. After that we came back and looked a a few others and then went out to look at a 2016 Jeep Cherokee Limited. This vehicle seemed to have most of the items I felt I needed to replace. On Saturday, the service department called and gave me hte news that my Nitro was not going to be repaired for at least two weeks due to hte issue and pairs not available, plus the cost would plus new tires in 10,000 ,would place the repairs more than vehicle was wroth. I texted Bob and asked him to put together the best deal for the 2016 Jeep Cherokee and by close of business on Monday I had a great offer, financing and an appointment to pick it up on Tuesday morning. The whole process, even with the shelter in place order was handled quickly, professionally and got me into a replacement that met my needs at a price I could afford. More
