No pressure, friendly, and honest! We went in after recently finding out our car was going to be totaled. Each time I've went to a dealership it was so stressful and they were never wil We went in after recently finding out our car was going to be totaled. Each time I've went to a dealership it was so stressful and they were never willing to work with you unless you just continued to throw more money down. But with Charlie knowing our desperate need of a vehicle, he didnt take that upon himself to try and use that against us. He sat us down and asked us multiple questions to help us realize what price range we could afford, then proceeded to pull up all inventory for that price range and was open and honest about every car we chose to look at. All the cars we chose were on a different lot, but he went and got each one for us to test drive with no issues. He went over the details of the cars and was very honest and pointed out any defects and explained why they were priced the way they were. He could sense that I wasnt fully sold on the first car we looked at and instead of trying to pressure me into getting it he drove us down to the Hyundai lot and we drove past all the cars. Charlie allowed us to look and figure out if we would like something different. Eventually we found a 2017 Hyundai elentra that we fell in love with. Charlie's professionalism and his honesty has given me faith in dealerships again! When it was time to sign papers we met with Wade Wright. He was fantastic and didnt do the typical pressure of warranties. He showed us all the prices and what it would take us to monthly and was honest how our bank would make us pay. He was super friendly and didnt rush us out since it was nearly an hour after their closing time. Every single person we met along this journey has been professional and friendly. They never made me feel as if I wasnt good enough since I dont have the best credit, it was never even questioned. I will from now on only take my business to Charlie at Tom Ahl for all my car needs. Awesome!!!! We drove 3 hours and 30 minutes for a 2017 GMC Terrain with 8k miles on it.
