The last two vehicles our family has purchased have been from Tom Ahl Every time I or my family members come to this dealership, we have left pleased. The last two vehicles our family has purchased have been from Tom Ahl, and neither have had any notable problems. The staff is always helpful and friendly, and they have worked with us to secure a reasonable price. The dealership also maintains a reputation of integrity throughout the northwest Ohio region. My only wish is that there were more vehicles within my typical price range! While it didn't end up being relevant, I was particularly struck by the lifetime powertrain warrantee which the staff explained to us. That is great service! If I ever decide to purchase a truck, Tom Ahl's will be the first place I look. Thanks for the helpful information and good attitude. More

Rear brake job I thought I have an 8:30 appointment on 10-29-19 to have my rear brakes replaced. I was in error. My appointment was for 11-5-19. The young lady that checked me in told Adam what had happened and he said he would get me in and make it work. I expected the repair to take longer than the 2 hours originally quoted but to my surprise it did not. I appreciate what Adam and the service department did to correct my error.
