The staff is always helpful and friendly, and they have worked with us to secure a reasonable price. The dealership also maintains a reputation of integrity throughout the northwest Ohio region. My only wish is that there were more vehicles within my typical price range! While it didn't end up being relevant, I was particularly struck by the lifetime powertrain warrantee which the staff explained to us. That is great service! Rear brake job I thought I have an 8:30 appointment on 10-29-19 to have my rear brakes replaced. I was in error. My appointment was for 11-5-19.
