Like many people, I set it and forget it... & when they are set to off at time of service & not set back to auto before the owner picks up the vehicle, it's possible for the owner to drive at night after service without realizing the lights aren't on as the nav screen lights up inside the cabin giving you a false sense that lights are on... Great experience, Adam was the best salesman ever!!! We knew what we wanted to buy and this was the first place we looked. The price was fair, but Adam is why we didn't go anywhere else. After looking online for all of the available inventory in a 100 mile radius this dealership was the closest and I sent an e-mail after hours and got a response in just a few minutes that answered my question, we set up a time to come and see the van and take a test drive. After working with Adam on price and financing and trade in we were pleased and knew this was the van, this was the dealership, and Adam was the best, no stress, fair price, no hassle.
