Missed pre-delivery inspection. Although there was an administrative problem that resulted in the pre-delivery inspection not being done general manager Downing became personally inv Although there was an administrative problem that resulted in the pre-delivery inspection not being done general manager Downing became personally involved which resulted in a good outcome. It did require an over 5 hour visit to the dealership, but end result was all items were addressed, a new item identified and also fixed. Overall I'm pleased with the result. More

Called Tom Ahl's Chrysler Service Department, they had the correct tire ordered for in under 3 minutes and was substantially cheaper than the quote I received from Firestone.
