Don't wait for vehicle being serviced. When made the appointment, was told it would take 2 hours to replace brakes, so I decided to wait, rather than arrange to drop off vehicle and come ba When made the appointment, was told it would take 2 hours to replace brakes, so I decided to wait, rather than arrange to drop off vehicle and come back later to pick up. Repair took 6 hours with no explanation for the delay. I do know my appointment was for 10, received call at 11:30 to let me know that brakes needed replaced.. That was what I made appt for, did not need them to tell me the brakes needed replaced. More
