Great Service I went to Tom Ahl to have some recall service performed on my car. I was quickly received and settled into a cool, comfortable waiting area. There were refreshments available and all of the staff are friendly and courteous. The best part? My recall was going to take a few hours, and instead of having to wait there, I was offered shuttle service and given a ride home. Well worth the trip Been a 6+ year buildup towards a "new" car purchase. As a truck driver I'm all over the place. My radar is usually pretty good 1 way or other. I fo Been a 6+ year buildup towards a "new" car purchase. As a truck driver I'm all over the place. My radar is usually pretty good 1 way or other. I found myself in conversation with Jeff Skelly about a couple of the Challengers at Tom Ahl Chrysler/Dodge. Unlike some places or people you would encounter in a hunt like this, my radar clicked right away with him and I found him to be direct, straight forward and not wanting to waste time if he didnt have an immediate answer to something. His answer was to find the right answer, then move the dialog forward. My 2018 Challenger RT+ was a used vehicle but had very little evidence of it aside from the odometer. Jeff and the dealership as a whole obviously go thru every vehicle completely and then list them for sale.. Pricing was very competitive and better then my own state for a similar vehicle... Making for an even better end result. The attitude and professionalism was relaxed, practiced and yet informal. When time comes for either an upgrade or just another purchase, Tom Ahl dealerships, and with Jeff Skelly is my plan. Thanx again to you and the whole crew there !!! More

Oil change and rattle sound in rear door. We have been coming to this service department for over 12 years. Have felt this was the place I could trust my vehicles with. But I have to be honest We have been coming to this service department for over 12 years. Have felt this was the place I could trust my vehicles with. But I have to be honest and admit I have been disappointed the last 2 times. Both times I asked to have the rattling sound coming from the back driver's side door to be fixed. Sounds like a loose cable. Both times the service guy has told me that he can't hear it. Therefore he had not looked to see what is the problem. We've called ahead of the appointment to make sure they know why we're coming in and thought it would be taken care of. Feel like we're not being heard. More
