REPLACING MY 6 YEAR OLD BTTERY TRIED TO START MY 2013 JOURNEY ON Friday EVENING AFTER BEING ON VACATION FOR A WEEK (DIDN'T DRIVE THE CAR ON VACATION). It wouldn't start. Saturday m TRIED TO START MY 2013 JOURNEY ON Friday EVENING AFTER BEING ON VACATION FOR A WEEK (DIDN'T DRIVE THE CAR ON VACATION). It wouldn't start. Saturday morning my husband called the service center and asked if they had a battery and if they could put it in today. They said they did have a battery and could install it today if I would bring it right into the Express Lane as soon as I could get there. I left within 30 minutes of the phone call, (but it takes a good 20 minutes to get there from where I live) and when I got there they told me it would be about 1 hour and 45 minutes due to more cars coming in since we called. OK - 2 hours later the service guy came to me and told me the battery tested good but needed recharged. I said I would prefer them installing the new battery because I didn't want to take any chances being out by myself somewhere and my care not starting because the battery goes dead. He said it would be another 30 minutes because they had to go to the parts store and pick up a battery because they did not have one there. Remember, originally they said they had one there at the dealership. at the 3 hour mark he finally came to me and told me my car was ready. I asked for a discount after waiting 3 hours and they did give me one. Everyone is always very nice and accommodating when I bring my vehicle in for service, but they need to figure out a way to keep their times to a minimum, especially when telling customers it will take 1 hour and 45 min and then it taking 3 hours. More

Above and beyond Marlon at the dealership noticed that the paint on the hood of my vehicle was bubbling when I took it in for a routine oil change.
