Tech needs to think ahead Took my car in because check engine light on and battery light on. Made sure to ask if they would test my alternator. Was told by Service Advisor it Took my car in because check engine light on and battery light on. Made sure to ask if they would test my alternator. Was told by Service Advisor it tested good. Picked up my car and got 1 block from dealership and battery light vomes on and get message of battery saver mode on. Took car back to dealership and they said alternator check fine. But one code my car threw was short in alternator and my paperwork said texh heard alternator making noise. Had we been notified of these 2 issues we would have replaced alternator due the fact I drive distance daily. Got alternator fixed but was very frustrating More

Repair and oil change I brought my 2018 Jeep Renegade in for a part replacement that apparently was defective from the factory as the UConnect functions had never worked. I I brought my 2018 Jeep Renegade in for a part replacement that apparently was defective from the factory as the UConnect functions had never worked. I also scheduled the first oil change while the Jeep was there. The part fixed the issue that I had been dealing with since I bought the Jeep. Service Advisor Dale Moore was always friendly through many instances of working to get the issue resolved. I think that he was as happy as I was to get the problem fixed.😊 The shuttle driver that took me home and returned me to the dealer was both prompt and friendly. More
